    2 things

this is either CPU related which is my guess or video so go over those systems really well maybe inspect CPU pins and reseat CPU check RPM of video card cooler also I have seen before when removing video card heatsinks that they were not making contact hardly at all I would check that out and apply some artic silver.

Thats all I could get is hardware also, maybe a USB device, loose wire, hard to say.

You might have a look at your events error log and see what was going on before the crash took place.

    MSDN says this about it.
    A machine check exception occurred.

These parameter descriptions apply if the processor is based on the x64 architecture, or the x86 architecture that has the MCA feature available (for example, Intel Pentium Pro, Pentium IV, or Xeon).

You might try reseating the CPU and the GPU and see it if helps.
An uncorrectable PCI Express error occurred.
My thoughts were similar a few posts back but I'm sure the Op has checked that out by now? I hope anyway.

    Swap Hardware

Most times it's just really hard to pin point issues like this without being able to swap out hardware to help isolate the faulty hardware.

I unchecked the AMD service and rebooted in Normal mode. I have not gotten a blue screen error yet, so crossing my fingers.

Its looking very good. Not a single error and everything is smooth. Ran some GTA also and very stable.
