Peb, yes...unless I am at school laptop is always on the wired

Theog, would LOVE to SS, however the laptop is being argumentative...and wont let me...I have 2 lovely and wonderful cameras that I can capture the bane of my existence on and then upload...

right i think that confirms a dead or dying card if the laptop is under warranty if so return it to the dealer if not look on ebay for a cheap card but for a mobile card expect to pay big money but if its intergrated then im afraid a new or refurbished mobo is the only option, very sorry about that
