well of course, nothing breaks while in warranty...
Although saw a little blurb about Asus setting aside 200B for "faulty" cards...f*cking A...$1500 for a laptop I expected to last at least 4 yrs...this PC has been CODDLED...even the hubby wasnt allowed to touch it...
you may be able to find a cheaper ati mobility card if it will fit so all is not lost

Try reinstalling back Vista 32bit,as Asus do not support win7 on the Asus F3SV notebook.
