windows 7 forced shutdown
Made the mistake of shutting down windows 7 32 bit after it froze "forced shutdown" IE8 froze up.My pc will not reboot all i get is 0xc000000f or 0xc0000009 errors, keeps telling me there is a problem with my Sata Harddrive. Pc will not start only thing i get is a blank screen only way i have of getting my installation dvd to work is to disconnect the HDD.When i reconnect it at the repair screens can,t do system repairs or systems restore or anything else. will not start in safe mode does not respond to f1,f2,f8,f11,f12 or anything else have tried making up a win pe cd but this suffers from the same problems as my installation dvd. Will try to get hold of a repair cd/iso to see if i can repair the HDD but not to sure how to go about this.Bios updates with a blank screen there not a lot i can do with a Bios update at this time, resetting Bios to factory or default settings no good in saying that HDD still showing on Bios and if i setup as a RAID HDD will show up at the start of a reboot but that it. Having to use my old pc in order to get online if microsoft has a uk contact number that would be nice. One more thing this is the 2nd HDD drive that win 7 has messed up ( what i would like to say i cannot print) the 1st just died the 2nd has errors i will not go a 3rd....back to xp pro.
