i got the fourth core unlocked by going to other forums on the internet so i figured that out. In the bios i have to set Ai Overclock Tuner to manual and change cpu bus frequency to 225 to get the ram to go to 1800, otherwise the highest setting is 1600. will post new screenshot in a second(i'm looking at bios now and posting here on seperate computer)

Ok got it working i don't know why but all i did was switched the monitor plug on the back of the video card. changing anything in the ram makes the computer freeze before it even fires up but this is with the setting on auto.

    Your Motherboard

    your motherboard memory spec:

    Memory Standard DR3 1800(O.C.)/1600(O.C.)/1333(O.C.)/1066

the base memory speed for your board is 1066 the board will run memory at a higher speeds when overclocked which means the chipset and/or memory controller is not approved to run at this speed, but the motherboard manufacturer has designed the board to do it by overclocking.

    Power Supply

also like i said you need a better power supply you are running a 95 watt cpu plus that big video card now you have unlocked the other cpu core and i hope you gave the cpu more volts like i said it may not be stable with that core unlocked at that low of volts
