    Unwanted Popup Menus


    I cannot use the start menu search box. When I move the cursor there a cut copy etc menu pops up and I cannot enter text in the box. If I move the cursor to the top search box at this forum the cursor changes from arrow to a hand, a little "search" grey box pops up and also keeps me from entering text. This happens in various ways in other programs also.

    I am running windows 7 on four PCs. only one is doing this. What is going on?

    Try this from an administrator account type cmd

    In cmd type sfc /scannow

    Hopefully this will corrrect any small corruption that is in your OS.

    If the problem has just started, maybe a system restore from before the problem will remedy the situation.

Hi guys. Ive been looking and looking, but i cant seem to find any option where to change the font of the menus and popups like the ones in the picture below.. I dont know how the deafult font got overwrittin by this ugly one, but it sure aint pretty :) Thanks Pollux
