    BSOD on hibernate

    Hello all,

Sometimes I experience a BSOD when my laptop goes to hybernate. It happends all the way on the end of the hybernation cycle, so the laptop is actually off, harddisk spins down, lights and screen are out, but then after a few seconds I get a BSOD.

Trouble is that it does not happen all the time, maybe 1 out of 5 times, but I cannot find the reason why.

The event log does not give me any real information, just this error:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x00000003, 0x866f7030, 0x83172ae0, 0x8aaa6658). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 020510-29203-01.

    I get this errors:
    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1043
    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 9f
    BCP1: 00000003
    BCP2: 866FAB60
    BCP3: 83127AE0
    BCP4: 8AAFF098
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1
Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\020710-21902-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Rogier\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-45084-0.sysdata.xml

    WER-45084-0.sysdata.xml
    020710-21902-01.dmp

    2 results from dumpchk:
    dump1
    dump2

If somebody can tell me what I should look for in these dump files, I can go forward with this :)

I have all the latest official drivers for 7 and no strange drivers, so that should not be the problem.

We could really use the actual dmp file,. use these to find and upload it. https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...d-problem.html

    thanks

    Which one you need?

I can upload the dump file yes, but it's 500MB...

The crash dmp file I already uploaded, it's in my startpost.

Zip up the dump file (it'll be much smaller then)
Then upload it to a free file hosting service (please don't use RapidShare as most of the analysts won't be able to access it). Then post the link here.

Also, please use this link to set your system to make Minidumps: Set MiniDump

Ok I did not zip it, but again, isn't it file from my startpost?

    http://www.xs4all.nl/~cpvers/020710-21902-01.dmp

If this is the wrong one, then I apoligize, but it is the latest file from my minidump folder.

The dump file blames NETw5s32.sys - a component of your Intel(R) WiFi Link adapter
    Please:
    - download a fresh copy from here: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx
    - uninstall the wireless networking software/drivers that are currently installed on your system
    - install the freshly downloaded drivers and monitor for further BSOD's

Also, please update this driver as it may be causing issues on the system due to it's age:
    ASMMAP.sys Sun Feb 04 14:52:50 2007
This is a component of the Lenovo ATK Hotkey package.

    Summary of the BSOD:
    Code:
    Built by: 7600.16385.x86fre.win7_rtm.090713-1255
    Debug session time: Sun Feb 7 20:40:13.086 2010 (GMT-5)
    System Uptime: 0 days 15:31:55.077
