1 or 2 BSOD's since WIN7 x64

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

If you're not having BSOD's, then don't do anything!!! Driver Verifier's purpose is to stress suspect drivers - but if there's no suspect drivers, there's no point in stressing them.

What faulty files are you planning on deleting?
We can't tell if there's compatibility issues unless there's a problem with the system (no problems = no compatibility issues)

If you delete or stop the Silicon Image drivers from loading - you stand a chance that the system won't boot.
Are you prepared to use Startup Repair to go in and manually edit the registry?
For the first step, I'd suggest using System Restore to make a restore point - that way you can restore any registry changes back to the time before you stopped the drivers from loading. (Backup your stuff too!)

Do not delete or rename them - System Restore won't help there.
Rather, use Autoruns to stop them from loading.
Then reboot and cross your fingers!

Older drivers are just that - older. They aren't necessarily bad, but because they're older they are more likely to cause issues - especially on a system with a new OS.

Frankly, the easiest way to fix this is to get a motherboard that's designed for Windows 7.

Uninstall all of the Adobe stuff from your system - reinstall it once we're done troubleshooting
Continue to search for SiS drivers - they are critical for this system. SiS drivers are from a long time before Win7 came out - there is a good chance that they are causing issues (due to the date and to the low level at which they function).
Try the ASUS Cool''n''Quiet Utility V2.17.06 for Windows XP/XP 64bit/Vista 32bit/Vista 64bit (for the asio.sys) and install it using these directions:

Compatibilty Mode Driver Installation:
1 - Download the latest driver from the manufacturer's website.
2 - Uninstall the current drivers using the Control Panel...Programs and features...Uninstall a program applet. Then verify that the driver/device has been removed in Device Manager
3 - Right click on freshly downloaded driver installation file and select "Properties"
4 - Select the Compatibility tab - and do the following:
- Click on the "Change settings for all users" button
- Click on the box to select "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and then select Windows Vista Service Pack 1
- Click on the box to select "Run as administrator"
- Click on OK to exit all the dialogs
5 - Right click on the driver installation file and select "Run as administrator"
6 - Let it install and see if that stops the BSOD's.

The Wacom Mouse stuff will depend on what you're using for a tablet and what you're using for a mouse on that tablet.

ASIO.SYS is probably a System Device in Device Manager. But since it's not installed on my system, I can't help there.

Let's not worry about the updates at this point. You've updated the critical one's - and the ASIO.SYS doesn't appear to affect anything on your system at this point.

Let's just wait for the next BSOD and move on from there.
