If you're not having BSOD's, then don't do anything!!! Driver Verifier's purpose is to stress suspect drivers - but if there's no suspect drivers, there's no point in stressing them.If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
What faulty files are you planning on deleting?
We can't tell if there's compatibility issues unless there's a problem with the system (no problems = no compatibility issues)
