If you can RMA it, go ahead.
But you've still got to do the tests that I mentioned in my previous post to figure out what's broken and what's not broken.

as Usama says do the test while you can or after an RMA you might end up with new sticks that still give problems

I suggest you get the exact specs of your ram and then check it against the asus website compatible list ?
