BSOD Problems

I seem to be getting the "Blue screen of death" quite regularly (every day, sometimes within an hour of turning my computer on) and as im not really great with computers I'm hoping someone can help!!!

These crashes seem to happen randomly and I have no idea why.

I'v included the minidump zip, like it says on the thread at the top of the page and again I'd be grateful if someone could help me out.

These are all STOP 0x10D errors (more info here: BSOD Index )

I would suspect your TC Near audio or the 1394/Firewire device that it's used with (the dump file blame 1394ohci.sys). Try uninstalling the TC Near program to see if that stops the BSOD's. If not, then remove the 1394/Firewire device from the system to see if that stops the BSOD's.

Also, Please update or remove these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager. Please use the following instructions to locate the most current drivers:
How To Find Updated Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
Here's the older drivers:
ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005 - Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility
RTL8187.sys Thu Jun 26 21:40:34 2008 - Realtek networking driver

windows 7 64-bit

Thanks for your help!

I will try all of those things and get back to you. I suspect it could be my TC audio interface driver as its only in beta at the moment (TC have been really slow with their 64-bit support so far) which is a problem for me as this PC is is just for making music.

Thanks again.
