The case of the omnipresent BSoD :/

I'm racking my brain over this. I need everyone's collective brainpower to help, so here goes:

Getting constant BSoD's on new machine.

They have varied somewhat from memory management to others. The latest 2 are: memory_management (ntkrnlpa.exe, and ntfs.sys) 0x0000001a.

I have literally swapped out every single part with a new one, yet the problem has carried over.

I've tried different Win 7 discs, new cables, you name it i swapped it out. I updated the BIOS, i've run memtest86+ many times overnight.

I'll attach the only 2 mini dumps that i have. These have occured right after a fresh install, before drivers are even installed.

    Hardware/Software is as follows:

    Win 7 Home 32 Bit
    Intel E7500
    Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P rev. 1.6
    Kingston PC-8500 KHX8500D2K2 (4GB)
    (Originally had GSKILL PC2-8500 F2-8500CL5D (4GB))
    Gigabyte 9500GT
    Cheapo 500watt Rosewill PSU

Taking a crack at this for me is greatly appreciated :)

    edit: attached the dumps

Ok after reading some of your posts you aren't a bot I looked up many of the dumps before. They have varied widely and i haven't found a common thread. The 2 i posted are just the only ones i have at the moment (i've reloaded many times and never saved the dumps).

So are you saying since you bought the gear and assembled it - it has always crashed from the beginning/only on Win7/?/?

Did you leave anything under the motherboard when assembling. Try running M/B outside of comp case.

Have you tried reinstalling bios again? Pull battery/reset Cmos.

A FAULTY DRIVER would be my main suspect!

PSU is a bit weak. did u swop that out?
Memory incompatable with M/board? MEM timings in bios need updating by gigabyte to match memory?

    M/board damaged/faulty out of box
