ok well that's a problem i suggest you download MalwareBytes Antimalware also SuperAntiSpyware and Microsoft Security Essentials and scan for infection before you do anything else

SuperAntiSpyware has only found some cookies.

I can't use Microsoft Security Essentials, because it doesn't want to update :/

I'm going to install the whole system new.

is this a MS hologram disc or a burned torrent iso? this can be a huge factor

if this is a torrent with bootloader the bootloader may be causing issues it's a bios emulation hack sometimes it can cause BSOD depending on the board
