Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown

    Hi!

I have a problem - recently my computer is getting BSODs very often. Actually this is maybe from a day or two. During this time I have only downloaded some files using uTorrent and not installed anything. The crashes happen during idle time with only the torrents working, but today also during work with my browser.

So here's the text from the latest recovery from unexpected shutdown:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1026

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: a
    BCP1: 0000000000000000
    BCP2: 0000000000000002
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: FFFFF800031E8477
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:

Another problem I observe is that from about the same period I have some strange problems with my internet - I am using a wireless router to connect to my ISP and it has worked flawlessly for about 2-3 weeks. At the moment though, from time to time, my internet stops working (mainly noticing that through my uTorrent program that is in "Not responding" state). I found a workaround - I disconnect from the wireless network and reconnect again and everything works fine again. I just wanted to describe that too, because it could be related.

    Hi and welcome

all of the crashes were virtually identical and were probably caused by NETw5s64.sys which part of you wireless driver

    I would
    re-install a fresh copy
in addition I would run a system file check
type cmd iin search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scanniw

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000000, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
        bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff800031e8477, address which referenced memory

    Thank you for the reply.

Unfortunately I am quite busy at the moment, so I don't know when exactly will try solving the issue. For the moment the computer is working nice. I notice that maybe it crashes only when I am downloading something with uTorrent.

I will let you know if re-installing the driver of the wireless card solves the issue.
