BSOD headache

Thanks for the Anti virus suggestion. I completely removed it and installed a windows 7 verified product for anti virus and firewall. It ran clean for about 3 hours and then the error came back. I have attached the latest dump file in text. Trying to test out every option one at a time.

Stop Error 0x101

Notice you went from a 32bit os to 64bit. YES this is causing the problem. You are now using a bad core in your AMD CPU that you were not using before. Check your warranty. Sometimes your BIOS will let you turn off cores separately. On one other forum that I am trying to find again, the guy had a program he used to pin down the bad core, turned that one off in the BIOS, & his system ran fine, crippled, but no more BSOD's. The error message tells you it is your PROCESSOR, & a SECONDARY CORE, which on your old 32bit os it never used before.

Again!!!

Prime95 will NOT always show you that it is a bad core on your CPU. I just fixed another computer with this SAME old problem by replacing the CPU. Went from an AMD Phenom x4 9600 to an AMD Phenom II x4 9500. Problem FIXED. The BSOD screen tells you it is a bad core on your CPU. The old Phenoms' (NOT vII) had this problem. Lots of them shipped out & sold with bad secondary cores. If you are still under warranty, get it replaced. AMD online RMA has a 'bug' in it where after you enter all the proper & correct data, it will tell you your CPU was not found in their data base & cannot be processed, ugh!!!! Your best bet is to CALL them:
North America - United States & Canada:
Tel: 877-284-1566 (Toll Free)
Monday-Thursday: 9:00am - 7:00pm EST
Friday: 9:00am - 6pm EST
Do NOT tell them that you have done a 'self diagnosis' & determined the problem on your own. They will deny you or make you run through a bunch of worthless troubleshooting. Tell them that you took it into a local computer shop & that THEY diagnosed it as a bad core in your AMD CPU. Hope this is of some help.

to my knowledge i'm not over-clocking. my BIOS settings r set to Default.
however i've disabled F1 error and Turbo Tech in BIOS CPU Configuration because whenever i cold start the system i get this message: Over-Clocking Failed. Pls Enter Setup to Re-Configure settings or something like that. i don't think i'm over-clocking. not to my knowledge. and i'm not sure what 'under-volting' is
