    Ok.

    Go to device manager, and find your adapter. Click properties, drivers. Uninstall the driver, then search internet for new one.

    I download mem test but how do i run it as its an iso should i mount it

    You have to burn it to a cd, and boot into it.

    I just tried to delete drivers but then couldent connect to the internet to download drivers so i just installed from disc.

    The disc image wont burn its an invalid disc image file(.IMG)

    I burn the iso to disc but it wont boot. but theres another iso inside the disc memtest 1 do i put that on disc also
