    Hi sReKcAh, Welcome to SF

I guess its the problem with the Theme that your using. Swtich to the Default Windows Theme and see whether that fixes your problem. Also your could try to create a New Windows Profile see whether it works there.

    Hope this helps,
    Captain

You can try what Capt.Jack suggested about creating a new system profile, and if it still doesn't work then try the sfc/ scannow method, if you have to use sfc/ scannow remember to run as administrator. Good luck.

That looks like something to do with that theme you have installed.
You can try this SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
But you'll have to patch your system again after.
Or you can wait and see if somebody has a different solution you can try.
Good luck. I hope you get it fixed.
i try it but it appear in 1 sec then dissapeared.
You have to right click, run as administrator, and then yes.

i left click, but it only show run,not run as admin.ok,i run as admin now.btw,is it same as check disk?

Yes the sfc/ scannow will remove your theme that is why I said you will have to patch your system again after you run it. If you don't want to run the sfc/ scannow again I would suggest a Repair Install , You will not lose any data but you will have to reinstall your theme if that's what you want to do.
