Hi im trying to fix my cousins computer and her problem is she randomly keeps getting the blue screen of death and then her computer shuts down, i have gathered the minidump files as well as her system specs from cpuz. Would reinstalling Windows 7 help resolver this problem or what could i do to stop the bsod? Thanks

run a system file check

thank you very much, so most likely this is a hardware problem having to do with the ram?
i will run the memtest, sfc /scannow, and update the drivers to see how it goes
