    Explorer.exe problem

This error has been appearing after I did a system restore. I had another problem before, in which chdk something appears, and when it wants to scan, it stops at 1 or 0 ( the countdown ); as a result, I have to keep turn on/off the computer. Anyhow, that problem was 2 months ago..
And now, I'm getting annoyed with this explorer.exe error when I shut down my laptop..Again this happened the beginning I did a system restore. It says something like 'waiting for explorer.exe' I don;t have to press end process, since it'll automatically shut down computer.
What is happening and what do I need to do to fix this?
    I have a Windows 7...

Type in 'cmd' into start menu search, then press 'Shift' + 'Enter'.
    Type in:

    sfc /scannow

    See how the scan goes.

It says that I need to be an administrator in order to use sfc..

Edit: Nevermind. I got it scanning. waiting for it to finish.
