IcePack, that appears to be caused by Symantec.

Try disabling or removing it.

Hi and welcome

these were caused by your symatec driver. SRTSPL.SYS Yet again norton raises its ugly head. Fully half your drivers are at least a year old. You really need to either to a clean reinstall or upgrade them.

I would remove Norton. there are alternatives that work better are smaller and in general dont cause havoc

I would also run a system file check
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow.

let us know the results

old drivers. fully half of yours are at least a year old.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000000, memory referenced
Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
Arg3: 00000001, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: 826ffe79, address which referenced memory

OK re thread

we would always rather you start a new one. you get more response and it is easier for us to follow. Our ultimate goal is to get you fixed.

re "upgrade" if you do a clean install it will. if you dont you will inherit all vista's problems

MS and most of us recommend a clean install with format. It is a PITA but get your system as clean and efficient as it will ever be.

therea re also specific symantec removal tools. either go to symantec or google them.

Let us know if you need help
