Thanks for the GTVDrv64.sys file - it is a Gigabyte file, but the writer didn't fill out all the details about it.
There's an issue with your video card(s) - the screen shouldn't look like that.
I don't know much about SLI, so I'd test the cards separately to see if one of them is giving problems.
It turns out it was a faulty SLI bridge, i changed it before i installed the furmark cause i thought using the Gigabyte one supplied with my motherboard could solve some problems, but it only made it worse, all working now

was there anything in particular that the minidumps were pointing to within the graphics cards? or did it just say that the error was from there?

well i think we might be getting closer, i tried to play MW2 tonite which is installed on H drive, and i got an error which is usually solved my restarting, the game says it cant load a particular file, then i restarted, and it got worse from there BSOD's every where, what clued me in was the errors popped up when i was using steam, and playing games, so i decided to do a disk check on the "h" drive, and sure thing i got a BSOD, so i tried restarting, still BSOD the only thing that has got the system to work is disconnecting said drive, i will plug it in again and see if i get errors, other wise im pretty confident that it is a faulty HDD, unless you say otherwise, seeing as your the proffessional, i also attached the minidumps.
I am going to plug the H dirve back in and see if i get errors, and i will let you know the outcome.
well, i plugged the HDD back in and its working now... makes it hard to narrow the problem down seeing as it is so inconsistan.
I finally got the HDD checking utility to run, it took a while, on the newest version i got a cable test error for all my HDDs went back to an older version and got the extended test to work, here are the results

I got another BSOD after i have removed the HDD, i clicked on shutdown, and instant BSOD, i have attached the mini dump file
Also i was flicking thru the devices, and i found this;
marvell 91xx config ata device, was listed under unknow deviceces, so i updated it,
and aslo in doing so found a gigabyte SATA update, i installed it as well, and instantly under the device settings all my HDD channels and installed HDD's showed up. However i dont know if they were there already, or they were missing..... and updating the drivers fixed something...
If the mini dump points to the graphics cards, i have direct x 11, and my GPU's are only DX10, and i am also running SLI with dual monitors

Really wish I could help you. I'm in process of waiting and see if I have new BSOD. Just installed new RAM today. I think I might reformat and fresh install again in coupe days thought, just to make sure, before I get too many movies and series on my HD.
BTW did you try to fresh install again ? At least you've already eleminated lot of possibilities, you're getting closer to the problem. Hopefully, you like me, will get the things fix soon.
I do not think running dx11 in windows 7 and having a directx10 card cause a big problem. However, that's a good question you just get to my attention. I did not noticed before that I was in this situation too.

Cheers, well your help with the nvidia drivers was awesome, it got me thinking about other things that can go wrong, im now testing the older drivers that you suggested, so ill let you know how it goes.
the difficult thing is that the problems are random and its difficult to reproduce the error consistantly, and windows hasnt really given me many clues as to where the problem lies, all that i know (thanks to Usasma) is there is an error with the dxmm1.sys or somthing, and there were a few ntfs.sys errors.....
We did however diagnose that there is a faulty HDD, but after i removed that from the system, i still got a BSOD, so we might be looking at to problems.....
Im sure we will get there eventually
