    Hi and welcome

    This crash was probably caused by your wifi driver RTL85n86.sys. this type of bug check is usually caused by a driver as in this case or memory. You have drivers as old as 2003 on this system and it will never be stable ultill they are updated or removed.

    old drivers

    Code:
    CX88XBAR.sys        0x8fd06000    0x8fd08300    0x00002300    0x3fc5f776    11/27/2003 8:09:10 AM
    cx88vid.sys        0x8ec00000    0x8ec2d780    0x0002d780    0x3fc61d92    11/27/2003 10:51:46 AM
    secdrv.SYS        0x988c4000    0x988ce000    0x0000a000    0x45080528    9/13/2006 8:18:32 AM
    pcouffin.sys        0x8fc7b000    0x8fc86900    0x0000b900    0x457584b9    12/5/2006 9:39:53 AM
    RTL85n86.sys    RTL85n86.sys+38868    0x8e6bb000    0x8e715000    0x0005a000    0x4718383b    10/18/2007 11:53:15 PM
    Rtnicxp.sys        0x8f3f1000    0x8f400000    0x0000f000    0x4840194b    5/30/2008 10:12:11 AM

    I would
    run a system file check
    type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

    since this bugcheck can also be caused by memory
    download memtestx86 and run for 4 in depth passes

    let us know the results

    do a search on cx88xbar, or navigate to c:\window\system32 and delete

    If it gives you a hard time reboot in safe mode (F8) then kill it.

    Should you ever feel enegetic, a clean re-install will make the system faster. Yes it is a PITA.
