BSOD possibly caused by Zune software

    Hi!

I had the Zune program running fine on my computer until I actually physically plugged in my Zune 30GB.
I didn't get the blue screen error the first time, but after moving back to school, I started getting it again; I've narrowed it down to possibly be a USB driver error, a network error, or something involving the Zune.
But I could be entirely wrong, lol.

    Here's the BSOD report:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: d1
    BCP1: 00000006
    BCP2: 00000002
    BCP3: 00000000
    BCP4: 8B6AE8CB
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\012110-25615-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Jesse\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-48032-0.sysdata.xml

And attached is the .dmp file.

Thanks for taking a look. :]

Oh, and I forgot to include,
I had the BSOD problem before with iTunes, but after uninstalling and reinstalling, the problem stopped.
I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program for Zune, but it didn't seem to make a difference.
Also, the BSOD's randomly occur, but it's frequent enough to cause concern for me.

    Any suggestions?

The dump file blames tcpip.sys - a component of Windows networking. As such, I'd suggest downloading a fresh copy of your networking drivers, uninstalling the current copy on your computer, then installing the freshly downloaded one's. Do this for both the wired (Rt86win7.sys - Realtek) and the wireless (netw5v32.sys - Intel) connection.
    Realtek: Realtek
    Intel: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

    Also,
Please update or remove these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager. Please use the following instructions to locate the most current drivers:
    How To Find Updated Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - some driver links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html

    Here's the older drivers:
    Code:
    AGRSM.sys Mon Nov 10 09:56:37 2008 - Agere SoftModem Driver
    KmxSbx.sys Wed Jul 30 13:03:12 2008 - CA Internet Security suite
    stwrt.sys Thu Apr 17 09:00:51 2008 - SigmaTel Audio Driver
    SynTP.sys Fri Nov 17 16:24:30 2006 - Synaptic Touch Pad Driver
    UVCFTR_S.SYS Wed May 23 05:23:12 2007 - Chicony USB 2.0 Video Camera
Also, since CA Internet Security could be causing the problem, I'd suggest doing this:
    Anti-Virus Removal:
    Please do the following:
    - download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
    - uninstall the CA Internet Security from your system
    - remove any remnants of CA Internet Security using this free tool: Use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to remove Office 2000, Office XP, or Office 2003
    - IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus
    - check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
Here's a summary of the BSOD:
    Code:
    Built by: 7600.16385.x86fre.win7_rtm.090713-1255
    Debug session time: Thu Jan 21 11:35:09.922 2010 (GMT-5)
    System Uptime: 0 days 0:40:59.106
    BugCheck D1, {6, 2, 0, 8b6ae8cb}
    Probably caused by : tcpip.sys ( tcpip!IppChecksumDatagram+be )
    DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: VISTA_DRIVER_FAULT
    PROCESS_NAME: System
