Installing as any user does not have privileges

    Yes Windows Vista as well as Windows 7 has lot of permission issue i guess it might be because of UAC maybe not i'm not sure. But most of the times in my experience Build-in admin used to do the trick.

    I have added reputation to your accounts.

    I hope a Service Pack addresses these issues. Permissions are a core aspect of file management in an OS, and for them to be the least bit flaky might mean I'll be putting up with more of these issues! Ugh.

    Anyways, I got my ESET login info updated, and it's downloading virus definition updates. Looks like I'm up n' rolling again!
