I have been suffering the same problem for about 3 months and like you had System Mechanic Pro on my PC. I have since removed this program and my system has been stable. Ive also reported my findings to Iolo and they have sent me an e-mail stating that the problem should be resolved in about two weeks along with some other information regarding the registry.
I got this APC index mismatch blue screen last night.
The computer could only run for 5 min before it happend.
I had also sys mec pro installed. I have now removed it and it seems to work.
Thanks.

Before I begin, this is the last WhoCrashed summary report of my BSOD. The other four entries are exactly the same, except for the obvious differences of time and date:
On Wed 3/19/2014 11:57:24 AM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\windows\Minidump\031914-33727-01.dmp
uptime:...
I've never seen this before and it's only happened this morning but I also had at least one automatic restart (clean shutdown) that happened whilst I was browsing with IE10 and I don't think there was any good reason for it (i.e. no programs had autoupdated and triggered the restart).
...
I have been getting random BSOD's titled APC Index Mismatch. I can not attribute it to any specific activity. Please advise best route to correct this.
Thanks for the help!

I just bought a new PC preloaded with vista and was upgraded to windows 7 in store. At first, I was experiencing numerous crashes while the computer was sleeping and also had trouble recovering from sleep mode. I disabled sleep mode and that "fixed" that problem. Hello,
I'm new here, this is my first post as I'm at my wits end to why I keep getting a BSoD and how to solve it. I hope someone on here might be able to help me.
