Did you do the clean install as per the suggestions of all the experts here?

The installer is driver-complete so don't worry about drivers. Just choose Custom from booted DVD, use Drivet Tools to delete all, create new partition(s) and format before installing to first partition.,

I don't understand why you curse Win7 when you had a faulty in-place Upgrade, which is a vastly inferior install to begin with!

Clean Install, dude! Don't curse the darkness.
