I suppose if you would like to run the built-in Memory Diagnostic, that should also work.

You do not need to run anything. Only run a memory test if you would like to resolve this BSOD.

EDIT: After posting, I realized that you are confused because of Memtest86. That is just the name of the program. It does not matter whether you are running Windows x64 or x86.

Sorry for my misunderstanding.

It is memory corruption

download memtestx86 and run for 5 passes
also do a system file check
type cmd on search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

I downloaded memtestx86 3.4a cuz they said that 3.5 has a bug testing 4gigs and up. So now it told me it's incompatible with my windows. Is it ok if i just run the reguler mem diognostic?

zigzag's code in the post says that uTorrent caused the screw-up. Will i have to remove it or will it be fine?

Go ahead and remove uTorrent for the time being. You can always install it later.

Did you download this file? If that does not work, rather than wasting time fixing it, you can use the Windows Memory Diagnostic instead.

windows memory diagnostic is not accurate , you need to burn to disc memtest86 then run it from boot , which means it tests your memory outside of the windows environment

Well, i ran windows diagnostics for 10 times with cache on and in extended mode. When i woke up there was my desktop and no error report. in fact there was no report at all. Does that mean it's ok or do i need to dl memtest86 ,burn it to a disc etc etc.?

well your minidumps show memory corruption so in order to fully eliminate it from the list of probable causes i think it would be worth burning to CD and running from boot memtest86+ for at least 3 passes just to be sure

please be sure to run the version I have linked to
