    Intel's AC'97 - the oldest driver there - should definitely be updated. It's a driver for Intel's audio hub. It should be available straight from your laptop's manufacturer's website.

    Just to clarify the only two drivers reported in the dump file are the acpi driver and fdc.sys

    ACPI is blamed for the crash so i would try and update that, go to your MB manufacturers website and see if there is one available, the one you have installed is the generic windows driver

    fdc.sys is the floppy disk controller so if you do not have a physical or virtual floppy drive on your machine this may not be required

    Also try updating the other old drivers listed, you do not need to go to machine manufacturters www try visiting component manufacturers sites for individual drivers for specific pieces of equipment\hardware you have on your machine
