Try whichever one of the below links that you HAVEN'T tried yet:
Memtest86.com - Memory Diagnostic
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

The point is to try and get either a memory test that runs, or one that fails distinctively.

I've run 2 different memtests programs and both don't go to completion. The win version one crashed windows.

If both of the tests crashed that is pretty good indication that the memory is bad.
