    BSOD: The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f


    Hi Guys,

    I have a new Windows 7 PC. It keeps freezing and crashing.

    Minidump is attached in zip file.

    Please tell me what should i do to fix the issue. Have been searching for a resolution for hours. As you can see in the attached reliability screenshot it shows that my system is very unreliable at the moment.

    Hi and welcome

    this crash was probably caused by netr6164.sys which is part of your wifi driver.

    I would download and install a fresh driver

    I would also run a system file check
    type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

    If you are over clocking Stop
    If you have a raid update its driver.

    thanks zigzag3143.

    You might be right. I had issues with my wifi card. My wifi card was not working in the beginning and then i had to install different driver for it which was suggested here:

    Now started Mestest86 in my widows 7 pc and it is sowing some memory errors (see attached screenshot).

    So maybe the issue is with memory?

    Yep, it looks like memory is a part of the problem.

    same problem


    I have this same problem, but my PC doesn't have any wifi cards. It's a tower pc, custom built. I get this about once a week

    W7 x64 enterprise
    4gb ram
    AMD Phenom II x4 processor
    ASUS M4A785-M motherboard
    Radeon 4200 video card
      My Computer
