Mr. Capt thank you kindly for your time analyzing my computer, the monitor driver does make sense to me. It is a dual monitor setup and there are time when one of the monitors doesn't wake up from sleep. I have ran sfc and memtest86 previously and both passed.

I will update in a few days to let you guys know how it went :)

This isn't a Driver Verifier minidump, please make sure that Driver Verifier is still running - and let it run for at least 36 hours (my best guess) before turning it off.

I turned it on by running the verifier.exe command, but I do not see any progress. It appears to be a background service. What else do I need to do?

Also, something strange happened today. I got a new BSOD, but there was no dump file! My dump location is set to %SystemRoot%\Minidump with options selected to write an event to the system log, do not auto restart, small memory dump (256 KB) and overwrite any existing file. However, no dump file is there today. Anybody know why that would be?

Ok, in the middle of installing ATI Radeon 4800 series drivers I got another BSOD. This time, the dump was in the right location.

Can anyone check out this dump and see what the problem could be?

This one is Driver verifier enable Dump it found that the ATI driver has caused atdcm64a.sys remove the ATI driver completely and reinstall it from the vendor's website. Ensure that the machine is adequately cooled. If there is any doubt, open up the side of the PC case (be mindful of any relevant warranty conditions!) and point a mains fan squarely at the motherboard. That will rule out most (lack of) cooling issues.

    Good Luck,

Thanks for looking at that for me Capt! Prior to your response, I have installed the newest driver from ATI's site. But, I did not remove the old driver like you have advised me to. Should I remove and reinstall again?

Ok I uninstalled using programs/features and the ati installer program, then i uninstalled it through device manager. Reinstalled it and I am back up.

I also re-ran verifier.exe and turned it off. It was majorly slowing down my computer, is that normal? Should I turn it back on?
