Windows 7 x64 Hang/Crash No BSOD
I am having a weird problem. It happens at least once or twice a day. It doesn't matter what I am doing. My computer will randomly hang and will not come back. I can be surfing the web, working in Excel, Word or Powerpoint, any thing and it will hang up.
For example: I left my computer on last night. I went to work and came home early and I notice the computer had hung up again. The clock in the task tray said 6:45 am. So I had to hit the reset button. When it came back, I went to check the event viewer and see what happened at 6:45.
There was not a single entry in al of the event viewer at 6:45 am. Now I hit the rest button at 2:11 pm or so and I did get an error at that time:
Session "Microsoft-Windows-Setup" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D

I am getting a little frustrated at this point.
I have scoured the net and based on what I have read, here is what I have done to date:I have deleted the folder above, but it just regenerates. This what other thread said would happen, but I gave it a shot anyway. Didn't fix it.
- i have tweaked my memory voltage up and down from 1.8 V to 2.2 V, no difference
- I have set the timings by hand in the BIOS based on the specs of my memory, no difference
- I have looked in the device manger and have been able to get rid of all the "unknown devices" except one - AB8KC7D3 IDE controller ( I don't think the name matters, because when i delete it, it come right back with a different name. The Hardware ID of it ACPI/PNPA000
- I got the latest motherboard drivers, video card drivers, etc.
- I have run "BurnIn" by Passmark, no errors
- I have run "Performance test" by Passmark, no errors
- I have run "Intelburn v2.4" for 15 times, no errors.
So after all this, I am out of ideas....Anybody...
Tell me what to upload that will help. Currently there aren;t any minidump files to load and the cntrl+scroll lock+scroll lock didn do anything.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
