Just had a look thru your dump files and theres a wide variety of error codes, this is usually an indication of a hardware error but seeing as the system works ok after reboot it may be a driver error

I would start of with some hardware tests

Download and run memtest86 to check ram, details here Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool probably best to try other things first a this will take some time and requires you to boot from memtest cd after you burned it so you cannot use windows while this is happening, recommend you run for at least five passes to be sure or overnight

Also visit your HDD manufacturers website and download their drive diagnostic tool and run a full scan/check on your HDD

Run a system file check to scan for errors/corruption of windows files, to do this
    Start>cmd.exe>right click run as admin>type sfc /scannow

You also have a very old driver on your system
ASACPI.sys 28/03/2005, this is the ACPI driver for asus motherboards
You havent filled in your system specs so i cant find it for you but if you visit here ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- and input your MB model number you can get latest ACPI drivers

Try these things and post back your results, meanwhile i will have a closer look at the dumps and see if i can find anything more specific

    Hope this helps
