Win 7 Crashes On First Boot ... Then Fine!

I put together my latest computer myself but I seem to be having a strange problem. Each day I start my computer and it crashes (BSOD) ... I power it down for five seconds then turn it back on and it's fine. I've attached my last two memory dumps (I'm pretty unsophisticated with this stuff so I have no idea how to read them). I'm currently running Windows 7 on a AMD Phenom II quad core computer. Any help in getting rid of this annoying problem would be MUCH appreciated? I just need to know if it's a software or a hardware issue.

    Thanks. -GG

First of all, please remove completele Bitdefender or Bull Guard internet security. They are potential cause in one of the dump.
    How to uninstall BitDefender
BullGuard Antivirus, Antispyware, Firewall, Spamfilter, Backup and Support - all the security you need in one package!

If you need an alternative antivirus program to protect your computer while not having those 2 above, you can try Microsoft Security Essential:
    http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

Please download third party called memtestx86, burn it to CD and let it run for at least 7 passes.

    Still not working...

I tried those two things. I removed bitdefender completely and I ran memtestx86 for seven passes with no errors. However, I tried cold booting the computer again this morning and I got another BSOD on my first startup. I've attached the new minidump to this email.

I really appreciate the help. Any more ideas?

On more thing I forgot to mention... when I put the computer together months ago I originally had a Radeon HD 4850 card installed ... but after a few weeks the computer stopped working (wouldn't even power up). I got frusterated and started pulling each component to see what the problem was and as soon as I removed the video card it powered up like normal (it's got an onboard Radeon HD4290 which I'm now using instead). I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this problem but I thought maybe it could indicate a power supply issue?

    Help please.

Ok ... I've never used driver verifier before. I read the little tutorial that was posted but I'm still not sure how to proceed. What task should I select?

    thanks, GG.

I have attached all screenshots. When you get to step 4, first click on "Provider" to sort the list by manufacturer. Then select all boxes not by Microsoft.

    Driver Verifier used ...

Ok, so here's where I stand...

I enabled drive verifier following your instructions. I restarted the computer a couple of times and it didn't cause any BSODs (not sure if it's supposed to). I left it enabled and today when I cold booted I got a BSOD on my first boot again (I've attached the minidump file). Is driver verifier supposed to produce its own dump file as well? If so, where can I find it?

Any additional ideas on how I can figure out what's wrong?

    Thanks for all your help.

The dump does not point to a concrete software cause, so let's test hardware.

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Test your hard drive: HD Diagnostic

    Tried Hardware Tests...

So I tried the hardware tests. Memtestx86 reported no errors after seven passes. I ran the Western Digital "extended test" diagnostic on the hard drive and it gave it a "pass" which I guess means it detected no errors. So I guess it's back to the drawing board ... any more ideas?

    Thanks,
    GG

Try leaving your computer off for the night, then immediately running that Memtest without booting into Windows.
