Windows 7: Windows 7 only allowing 1 stick of RAM

Yea I have tried both sticks individually in multiple slots and both are fine. I did check my mobo manual to be 100% sure that I am using the correct slots to pair my memory which I was doing correctly.

As I said in my original post, I ran this exact hardware setup with XP earlier in the week and everything ran fine.

RAM specs are in my profile and yes it is a kit where both sticks are the exact same.

I did run the memory diagnostic tool already as well and it came up with both sticks reporting no errors
