    Hi

    Perfect.

This is is pretty straight forward. Caused by memory. You also have a few really old drivers listed below

I would download memtestx86 and run it for 5 passes
    update the drivers
    run a system file check
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

    Let us know the results

    Ken

    Code:
    MarvinBus64.sys fffff880`044aa000 fffff880`044ee000 0x00044000 0x433470cf 9/23/2005 4:17:03 PM
    secdrv.SYS fffff880`04670000 fffff880`0467b000 0x0000b000 0x4508052e 9/13/2006 8:18:38 AM
    jraid.sys fffff880`0112c000 fffff880`01147000 0x0001b000 0x490fb159 11/3/2008 9:20:09 PM

Hi memtest came up with ( Memory error copying between 6d66902 and 6d668c8 did not result in accurate copy so your computer cannot accurately store data)

what does this mean is my memory faulty ?

Probably - try the steps here (starting at Step 7) to see what's at fault: Memory Diagnostics
