Only one dump file please post more if you have them

Dump reports error 0x3b BSOD Index have a look here for a bit more info/causes, i would start by running memtest Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool to check ram for errors recommend minimum of 5 passes (this will take a long time) and run a HDD diagnostic check HD Diagnostic

Your gfx drivers are over 6 months old i would update them also http://www.amd.com/uk/Pages/AMDHomePage.aspx

Also run a system file check to verify integrity of files
    Start>cmd.exe>right click run as admin>type sfc /scannow

You also have some other older drivers on your system i would look into updating them if poss, especially the oldest two
    SSPORT.sys 11/08/2005
    mdmxsdk.sys 19/06/2006
    CAX_CNXT.sys 13/02/2009
    CAXHWAZL.sys 13/02/2009
    CAX_DPV.sys 13/02/2009
    NTIDrvr.sys 25/03/2009
    DKbFltr.sys 26/03/2009
    usbfilter.sys 03/04/2009
    UBHelper.sys 27/04/2009
    amdsata.sys 28/04/2009
    dump_amdsata.sys 28/04/2009
    amdxata.sys 28/04/2009
    XAudio64.sys 29/04/2009

If your not sure how google the drivers find out what hardware/software/program they belong to and then check manufacturers www for updates

Hope this helps, post back your results
