Ntkrnlmp.exe isnt the cause but simply the NT kernel tipping over as a result ....

ccsvchst.exe is involved in this crash and this is a component of symantec security, can you please unninstall norton AV and firewall if installed and replace with MSE for debugging purposes ?

you also have some very old drivers on your system

you definitely need to get yourself to the Sony Vaio website and check you have the latest BIOS and update all of your drivers and unninstall anything Norton
