lots of BSOD when putting laptop to sleep

It's been happening over the past 2 weeks or so...

It doesn't happen everytime but about every other time i put the laptop to sleep or hibernate. I get the BSOD.

I can;t read the DMP file but I put the file in my dropbox and here is a link to the DMP file: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3072828/020610-70496-01.dmp

Please someone help. tired of the multiple of BSODs and concerned that I'm doing some serious damage to my Sony Vaio latop running 64 bit Windows 7.

    Thanks!

    Link is broken.

If you can get into your computer, you can upload it like this: https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...d-problem.html

As a preliminary idea, try turning off hybrid sleep: Windows Does Not Start After Sleep
This might help, if not go ahead and post that .dmp file.

Did you try turning off Hybrid sleep?

I can tell this is a driver issue, though not which one. As this deals with sleep, make sure your motherboard, graphics card, and other drivers are up to date.

I now have a new issue. There is now a "lock" on the Minidump folder and I can;t seem to zip up the files anymore. It seem like the folder is set for full control for the system, administrator and me but I still can't access the folder... it's strange since I was able to do it before --

    Any help?

    Thanks!

Ed, copy the dump file to the desktop, then proceed as normal.
