BSOD *** STOP: 0x00000045 (0x0001000B,0x50434146,0xFFD0

OK this happens when I try to install Vista or Windows 7 on this laptop:

-Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : HP Pavilion ZT1175 laptop
-Bios Revision : IC.M1.05
-Bios Type : Insyde Software
-Bios SLIC : none ?
-Bios Link :
-Rw-everything report:

From the POST screen:
Insyde Software MobilePro BIOS Version 4.00.01
the laptop show at post:
VIA ProSavage P4N266 4.00.02
HP Pavilion ZT1 BIOS V IC.M1.05
TwisterP4 VGA BIOS Version 009
Insyde ACPI BIOS Version 3.00.04

I had to use V1.3 to dump the ACPI the newest RW util gets a BSOD !

I have never done this before and would like to learn and perhaps contribute to help others as hopefully someone will help me.
My symptom is:

BSOD *** STOP: 0x000000A5 (0x0001000B,0x50434146,0xFFD01AC0,0x00000000)

Since it it before I even format the HDD there is no minidump. How can I shoot this problem ?
