Based on past experience I believe one stick is bad. Test each stick in each slot one at a time. Hopefully it is the RAM and not a slot. If the test fails with the same stick, no matter what slot its in, its the RAM. If the test fails with both sticks, but only when in a particular slot, the slot is bad.

If it is a RAM stick, I recommend the replacement be the same speed as the good stick. Some times using two different speed sticks can cause instability, i.e. BSODs.

    Hi Tuan, Hi Petey7

I've gone to "Laptop services" (in VietNam so easy to find it, there's one near my house) to clean my 2 sticks Ram, and change their position, i.e. before ddr 2 bus 800 is the back of laptop and now it's a ddr 2 bus 667.
As your instruction, i'll run Memtest86.v4 to test each stick in each slot. I will post the result as soon as possible.

    Thank you all.

    Hi Tuan and Petey7,

i've got another BSOD in yesterday after using my laptop from Hibernate status. So what does it means ? Always Memory problem ?
i've difficulty to test my ram because i've no experience to open my laptop, i'll go to the "laptop services" to change and test one by one.

    Thanks you

    hey Quang Anh

Somehow I can see that you downgrade this drivers:
    Code:
    fffff880`04bda000 fffff880`04bed000 rimmpx64 rimmpx64.sys Sat Nov 18 08:49:50 2006 (455E66BE)
    fffff880`04800000 fffff880`04817000 rimspx64 rimspx64.sys Thu Nov 16 16:59:50 2006 (455C3696)
    fffff880`04817000 fffff880`0486e000 rixdpx64 rixdpx64.sys Sat Nov 18 11:07:46 2006 (455E8712)
explorer was crashed at the time the computer woke up from hibernation, I would recommend you to run a disk check and system file check again:
    Disk Check
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Driver date from 2006 is usually not very stable to run, please update them to newest one

    Hi Quang Anh,
It is your Ricoh memory card reader drivers. It was mentioned very earlier of this thread that you have this driver from 2007, I told you to update them but now it is even older (2006), please update the drivers Quang Anh, to the most of date drivers.
Another driver that I haven't seen you update:
    Code:
    b44amd64 b44amd64.sys Tue Nov 21 19:23:06 2006 (4562EFAA)
It is from Broadcom NDIS driver, please update it know, driver from 2006 is not running stable on window 7.
    Broadcom.com - Downloads & Support

Also, please tell me the result from system file check, if it keep saying that finding error but unable to fix, you might want to do a whole system repair or clean install Quang Anh
If you have time, do this as well:
Run a Hardware Diagnostics Hardware Diagnostic !! « Captain Debugger

    Best,

    Tuan

    Hi Tuan,

1.I bought a new DDR2 2gb - bus 800 for replacing one old tick with bus 677. YEah, this's the first time i've passed 7 times without errors dectected with Memtest86+. (over 9 hours to test)
I hope my BSOD caused by memory.

2.i've updated Ricoh memory card reader drivers. It's OK now.
Another driver, Broadcom NDIS driver, i can't update it. It shows always
"The best driver software for your device is already installed" or "Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date".
I went to Broadcom.com page - Downloads & Support, download and installed the lastest version, but nothing is updated.

    3. Oh, yessss...The result from system file check, if it keep saying that finding error but unable to fix.
I've a disc named HIRRENT BOOT, i've run 2 or 3 Hard dics's programs (Samsung, seagate...) to fix it. No errors dectected when i use theses programs but when i goto cmd and run sfc /scannow, it says always that finding error but enable to fix. How can i resolve it ?

    Many thanks to you, TUAN.
