Missing DLL

    Well this is what came up, so I'm guessing its referencing it, but I'm not exactly sure.

    yes delete that sysinfo key. then do another registry search to be sure there are no more.

    Okay, I did as you said and I just restarted my computer after deleting the sysinfo and I stopped getting the pop-up, I'm not sure if the .dll was a virus or not, but it fixed the main problem I had, thanks.

    more than likely it was not a virus. it was more likely the reference leftover from something you uninstalled.
