Please re-zip the minidump file(s) into the archive.
This one doesn't have anything inside of it.

    Good luck!

Probably caused by MAudioFastTrack.sys a component of your External M-Audio Fast Track USB
Your current driver is dated Fri Oct 02 15:52:13 2009

Please download the latest Win7 driver from here: http://www.m-audio.com/index.php?do=support&tab=driver
Then uninstall the current drivers that are on the system
Then install the freshly downloaded drivers and monitor for further BSOD's.

This procedure should remove all traces of the driver, then the installation should provide fresh, uncorrupted files to take their place. Should the BSOD's continue after this - I'd have to suspect the card itself.

    Summary of the BSOD:
    Code:
    Built by: 7600.16385.amd64fre.win7_rtm.090713-1255

Thanks for your help usasma !

I don't know why my current driver is dated Fri Oct 02 15:52:13 2009 because I got the lastest driver installed (11/14/2009 - 6.0.2_5.10.0.5133).

The driver seem to not be compatible with the motherboard ASUS P7P55D* series... M-Audio are working to fix it. Can it be related ?

Drivers can be dated anything - no matter what the downloaded package is dated.
The point here is that you have a recent copy of the driver - so it's important that you remove it before installing another copy. That way you'll have removed any corruptions (that may have not been removed if you had done a simple upgrade).

Do you have a link to M-Audio that states that your mobo isn't compatible? I ask because I was helping another M-Audio user here: BSOD - Every day..... - Tech Support Forum

Again in Cubase 5, i got two BSOD !

It was saying that no memory was left but I was using only 5,20 Gb/8 Gb DDR3 1600...
Cubase is a 32 bit software that use some other 32 bit software so I think that isn't limited to 3,75 Gb of ram.

The crash occur when I'm closing the sofware only... (because of all the ram empties itself ?)

I'll probably change my audio card but can you check these errors for me please ?

    Thanks alot !

    Hello,

The Dump file its still pointing to the same Audio card driver
    MAudioFastTrack.sys
Make sure it works well with Windows 7 if not its better to replace or wait until a release a stable update. Also make sure Cubase 5 is most updated version check on their knowledge base whether anything has been reported regard Windows 7 https://www.steinberg.net/en/support...ebase_new.html
