BSOD on startup
Hello, I have a Lenovo T90p laptop and whenever I start up my computer it gets to the load screen and right as it should have gotten to the login it gets a blue screen of death.
Now just to let you know this is not the original hard drive as that one broke, instead I took one off of a Eee PC and put it into my laptop. Any help on how I could get some sort of driver or something so my computer could run it? I do not mind having to system restore. |

The hard drive requires NO drivers. Can you boot to your W7 cd and do a clean install?

Safe mode never appears even when pressing F8 on startup, and for some reason the Windows 7 installer does not work either.

No I cannot, I have tried and it comes up with some weird error (Not BSOD) and shuts off.

Then it's a hardware problem... When you boot to the CD to do a new install (not a repair or upgrade), what's currently on the drive is irrelevant...
Choose custom, delete all partitions, and follow the prompts.... |

BSOD on startup, unknown error, startup repair running too long As the title suggests, my Acer Aspire has been running startup repair for over 20 hours following a BSOD yesterday.
