Random crashes several times a day

I've only had my brand new PC for a few days and already I'm having trouble! I've tried all I can think of right now, and thought I'd get someone else's input.

Usually I'm using Firefox when I get a BSOD. But then I can spen hours online without a problem. I just don't get it. Unfortunately I'm not exactly an expert on computers and have now reached the end of my knowledge.
I have updated the most common drivers and I've checked the temperatures. Those are all ok. Somehow, I'm wondering if the PSU isn't too weak. This was all bought as a whole (HP computer) and when I filled in your form for my system specs I realized it wasn't even 500W.Got the information from HP's site, after searching far and wide. They don't seem to think the PSU is all that important. :) Could this be the reason for my troubles?

If someone would please take a look at my dumps and maybe even find a solution I'd be most grateful.

    Thanks Nina

Also, once again the crash occured right after my husband started a game on his computer. Why would that be happening?

    Hi,

I suggest you scan your memory with BurnInTest, when the scan will be over you should have a "Passed" or "Failed" window. If Failed, RMA the memory.
If It succeeds, try to scan the other components with BurnInTest.

30 days free. Great tool to scan the hardware and it can detect memory errors that Memtest86 won't see.

Looks like your networking drivers to me. One of the dump files blames rt64Win7.sys, while the others blame networking in general.
    Please:
    - download the latest version of the networking driver from the RealTek website: Realtek
    - uninstall the networking drivers/program currently installed on your system
    - install the freshly downloaded drivers and monitor for further BSOD's

Please upload the memory dump file dated 02/10/10 - this error code is different from the others - a STOP 0x127 (more info here: BSOD Index )

Most likely this is a driver issue - but it can also be malware or a defective networking card.

Also, please update this driver. Although it doesn't appear in all the memory dumps, it's old enough to cause issues on it's own: lirsgt.sys Sun Jan 29 06:13:28 2006 It's a component of the Tages Copy Protection software and you'll find a link to the update page under the drive name here: Driver Reference

Thanks! Tages are updated. For now the system seems stable, but if it crashes again, the realtek driver is first on my list. Thank you so much!

Also, for others with a similar problem, I uninstalled zonealarm and changed to comodo. Can recomend it. Nice firewall!

Since I changed firewall, I've had no more problems. You can consider this solved. Thanks for your help!
