    Stuck updating, killed process, but...


    Now i am unable to install almost anything...
    Help please

    Right click on any 1 and select end process tree. Also you can do a system restore and check.

    System restore was disabled, your advice only kills only one at the time (I can restart to make them gone, that is not the problem), the problem is that i can't install, for example Bioshock 2.

    Hmmm...Open command prompt with run as admin.

    Fire, sfc /scannow, once complete, restart and check.

    Did that yesterday, found a lot. No luck fixing my problem
    Did it again
    Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.
    Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of th
    em.
    Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

    If system restore is disabled it normally means a virus or something similar.

    I would check for these just incase!

    Weird, now it is working, but the last point is yesterday.. :/
