BSOD crashes after fresh install of 7 64bit install

Hello from a first timer here.

I'm using HP pavilion DV7-1195nr, 4gig, 9600m gt 1gig. I had Vista 64bit Prem. that ran just fine, and I did the Win 7 Prem. upgrade. It seems to run smooth until I started getting bsod. I decided to do a full install of Win 7 Prem from my upgrade disc. I booted to the cd, formatted my drive partitions, it created a 100mb partition.
I did the double install way to make the activation work.
Ok, the first install I did not update the firmware. and got all kind of bsod etc problems. Main culprit then was the wifi card driver.
I flashed my bios, got all my updated drivers for everything and did another fresh install which is where I'm today. I might not have installed my chip set driver first is only one point I want to point out.
So, I only have MS Security Essentials installed simply because I thought I had this thing whiped. Went to shut down and it will not shut down and will hit a BSOD and reboot. It continues to do this for some reason. It will reboot in safe mode. I also noticed if I remove a driver and try to update it, the system seems to just hang now?
One other note. I realized last night weather or not this is a issue, that I have my NAS running WD Myworldbook that I continuously connect to via WiFi.

I'm attaching my mini dumps and the other two errors that I saw in hopes for some kind of help, cause I'm at a loss now. I have seen what they have to say to a point, but I can not for the life of me fix this issue. I really hate to go back to Vista.

Maybe I should also mention, that I either pulled the drivers from there Hardware sites and if I did not, then I used Hp site. So, I have the latest intel chipset from intel, latest intel wifi from intel and latest nvidia drivers from nvidia website.

There are only like 4 or 5 things starting up. Few of them are nvida driver stuff, MS essientials, touchpad software & can't remember the other two.

This may be another issue, but I have noticed every since I have put Win7 on, while it boots, I get a pop in my speakers??

It was a issue with Window 7 and my WD Nas drive. I could really never find a perfect cure, but the only cure I could find was shutting down a service. (I couldn't tell you the service off the top of my head) Once this was done, I have never had another issues unless I try and transfer a lot of data from my laptop to my NAS over wifi which will result in a crash.

Issue was that windows kept trying to load a driver I think and couldn't unload it which was connected to this service.
