I just installed 32-bit windows 7 on my laptop and everything is fine except whenever i put it in sleep or hibernate, there is a crash and it restarts after a BSOD.

Here are some details from the log. I'm also attaching the dump file. Any help will be appreciated.

    Hello Welcome to SF,

I guess lot of problems are going on mainly lot of old drivers. Lets start with basics.
Update your BIOS Firmware. Also if your using any third party Antivirus / Firewall uninstall it and see whether it makes any difference. If your Overclocking please stop.

Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic

Also i would recommend to run System File Checker
Start > Run > CMD > Right Click and Run as administrator > SFC/ SCANNOW
    Update the Following Drivers

    Code:
    xaudio xaudio.sys Wed Nov 29 06:14:50 2006 (456CD802)
    VMNetSrv.sys Wed Jan 16 17:21:44 2008 (478DEFD0)

    SbAlg.sys Tue Apr 24 16:07:50 2007 (462DDDFE)
    rismc32.sys Wed Aug 16 11:23:52 2006 (44E2B2F0)
    mdmxsdk.sys Tue Jun 20 02:56:59 2006 (46042213)
    ipsecw2k.sys Sat Mar 24 00:23:07 2007 (46042213)

I would also ask where you got your win 7 from. It is a different build than the current MS image.
