Windows 7 x64 RC BSOD issue

Hi,
So today my custom built computer crashed and gave me the Blue Screen of Death for the first time ever and I don't know what the problem is.

Over the past few days Firefox has been randomly shutting down on me, but I don't know if that's related. I scanned for viruses and found nothing so here's the log file:

Thic crash was caused by memory.

i would
download memtestx86 and run for 5 passes
run a system file check
(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow)

If you are overclocking stop

Thanks. I'll do that , but another weird thing just happened though. I was restarting my computer after my anti-virus program updated and while it was rebooting it blue screened on me again, but this time it gave me a different error code:

Also, about overclocking. I haven't done it with my CPU, but 4-5 months ago I bumped my memory from 800 to 1066. The memory itself was 1066, but my mobo had trouble recognizing it as so, which was a common problem with this mobo, so I did it manually and it never gave me trouble...until now if that's the source of the issue.

And the DMP again:

Ok I ran memtest and it gave me an error instantly.

It said:
Memory error detected! Pair 373445565 doesn not store values accurately.
Memtest has detected that your computer cannot accurately store data in RAM.

It then gives me a link to the website for further info and on the site it says:

This is not normal. Your RAM is bad, or your system is incorrectly configured. Even just 1 error means that you have a problem. If you have overclocked your machine, or selected aggressive RAM timings in your BIOS you should try more conservative settings before judging the RAM fully bad. If you can't get MemTest to run without errors even with conservative BIOS settings, however, your RAM is bad. Replace it, or you will experience stability and corruption problems. Correctly functioning RAM has no errors, even if you run MemTest for days.

Does this mean I should try lowering my 1066 to 800 again? I just don't understand why that would be the problem after 5 months of it working fine.

'If I were you I would put everything back to default. why something stops working is another matter. It could be a heat issue, a power supply issue, or even mobo issue.

To make sure it isnt heat you can download cpu-z, and gpu-z (both free) to keep an eye on the temps.

lol, yeah I know. This is horrible timing. My Windows is about to expire. I need to purchase a real copy of Windows 7 (or RTM, but I'm not sure about that).
I need an external HDD to back up my data on. I have a research project and exams coming up and I need my PC now more than ever and this crap happens.

Oh and I just put my memory setting back to default, so we'll see what happens with that.

Well, I'm doing the memtest again and so far it hasn't detected an error. It's almost 50% done. It had more than 1000 errors before 1% last time.

lol, It's weird though because I overclocked it literally 5 months ago and it has been just fine until today.
