kernal-power 41 errors

    kernal-power 41 errors


    hi there. i bought my new acer 7535g laptop about a months ago and a few weeks ago i have started to crash only recently it has started to crash alot. when i look at my event log it says kernal errors as critical and my main quess is that this is the main cause of the freezing. the only way i can get back to my original desktop is by holding in the power button.
    this is the error i keep on gaining

    thanks alot for the quick reply. in simple terms i cant do anything. in the space of your replay i have crashed 4 times and had a bsod i think ill just take it to pc world and get them to fix it. i cant be bothered trying to this this laptop since after all i cant do anything. but thanks anyways
