BSOD when connecting my OCZ Rally Flash drive

I get a BSOD the first time I connect my OCZ Rally 4GB flash drive into my laptop running Win7 64-bit. I restart the system and all is well.

Can anybody help? If checked it for errors and viruses....

This drive is basically just full of music that I use in my Pioneer radio.

I recently purchased a 32 GB San Disk Flash Drive. The security files pre-installed on the drive were junk, and I could not delete them so I formatted the drive to remove them. This cleaned the disk, and it holds data, but I'm not sure if this is part of my problem. I am trying to load my copy of...

BSOD after inserting new USB flash drive
I bought 2 brand new Kingston DataTraveler 8GB USB 3.0 flash drives. The same thing happens with both of them: I insert the drive into ANY of my 4 usb ports, the computer plays the sound indicating it recognizes a new piece of hardware, the driver install popup appears in the system tray, and...

BSOD when plugging in flash drive (red herring?)
One of my customers reported that they plugged in a usb flash drive and the system blue screened. It took several restarts to get to a useable state. I checked the event log and took a look at the mini dump files and it looks to me like it might be a video or network driver issue (rather than a usb...
